Pay Later Option

Plan2 offers a secure and convenient Pay Later feature that allows customers to complete payment at the time of delivery — through cash, eWallets, or directly via the Plan2 app.

When the delivery personnel confirms that the order has been handed over, the customer immediately receives a notification to complete the payment online. For privacy and flexibility, the identity of the payer is kept confidential, whether the payment is being made for oneself or on someone else’s behalf.

This option is available only through businesses that have an active Cash on Delivery (COD) package on Plan2. If a business has not subscribed to or renewed their COD package, the Pay Later feature may be disabled for their listings.

Please note: Pay Later is not supported for orders delivered via Porter, as their service does not facilitate cash collection.
